What this site collects
You can search listings on this site without an account or telling us who you are. Contact forms and rental applications collect information only when you choose to use them, as explained below.
If you choose to send a message through the contact form, the site receives what you type — typically your name, email or phone, and your message — and delivers it to John. Rental applications use the separate Weimark flow described below.
Rental applications and screening
The application center opens a Weimark-hosted rental application when you choose to start. Application details, uploaded documents and payment information are entered directly into Weimark. This website does not read or copy the fields inside that form. John and the authorized application reviewers receive submitted information through the Weimark process.
Opening the form connects your browser to Weimark and the services it uses. Those services may process technical information and use cookies according to their own policies. Review the disclosures in the application and Weimark's privacy information before submitting.
Saved homes
Tapping the heart on a listing keeps it under Saved. That list is stored only in your own browser (localStorage), on your own device. It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data clears it.
Services this site uses
- Weimark hosts the rental application and screening workflow. It loads when you open the application; details are submitted directly through its form.
- Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to John's email. Your message passes through their service to reach us.
- hCaptcha protects the contact form from bots. It may set a cookie and process your IP address to tell people from scripts.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate, privacy-first page counts — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. We see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google.
- SmartMLS supplies listing data. Viewing listings does not send anything about you to the MLS.
Each of those providers has its own privacy policy governing what they do with requests that reach them. Review the relevant provider's disclosures before entering information or submitting an application.
What we do with a message you send
We use it to reply to you about real estate. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If you text or email John, that conversation lives in his phone and inbox like any other.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. hCaptcha may set cookies on the contact page. When you open the Weimark application, Weimark and its services may set cookies or use browser storage to operate their application flow.
Your choices
Want a message deleted, or a conversation forgotten? Text or email John and ask. There is no form to fill out — it is one person, and he will do it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here.
