If you are interested in renting an apartment, the following is a step-by-step guide on how to apply: Please be sure to fill out all required fields and provide accurate information.
The property management company or landlord will require you to provide certain documents such as a photo ID, pay-stubs/offer letter/tax forms and credit/background reports. All adults are required to provide this info and will be required to be on the lease agreement. Gather all required documents in advance to avoid delays in the application process.
STEP 1:
Fill Out Your Application: I will personally send you the application form via Docusign. Each adult will have their own link in order to access the Docusign room. Please be sure to text me corresponding emails addresses. Application must include:
A. (Docusign) Application filled out by all adults
B. Proof of income (Pay stubs, offer letter, or tax forms)

STEP 2
Wait for Approval: Once application package is completed, I will put it all together and send it off to the Landlord for review. The property management company or landlord will review your application and verify your information. This process may take a few days, and they may contact you for additional information.
- Pay the Security Deposit and Rent: Once you have been accepted and signed the lease agreement, you will be required to pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent immediately after. Delaying this process could result in landlord choosing another applicant. (Only submit deposits as instructed by us, do not wire money to any other parties unless instructed by our licenced agents)
STEP 3
Move In: Congratulations, you are now ready to move into your new apartment! Make sure to schedule any necessary move-ins with the building management, arrangements such as getting utilities set up or arranging for movers.
